Cancellation/Missed Appointment PolicyOur goal is to provide quality service in a timely manner. In order to do so, we have implemented an appointment/cancellation policy. This policy enables us to better utilize available appointments for our valued customers.
Cancellation of an Appointment
Please notify us through the online cancellation form if you are no longer able to commit to your scheduled appointment. If it is necessary to cancel your scheduled appointment, we require that you do so at least 2 days in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your early cancellation will give another person the possibility to have access to that time slot.
How to Cancel Your Appointment
To cancel appointments, please use the online cancellation form. If you would like to reschedule your appointment, please be sure to leave us the time and date you would like to reschedule for and we will contact you at our earliest convince to confirm your appointment.
Late Cancellations
Late cancellations will be considered as a "no-show".
No-Show Policy
A "no-show" is someone who misses an appointment without cancelling it in an adequate manner. A "no-show" will result in a fee of $20.00 billed to the customer.
